taking strategic context into account. She is based in Singapore and has a strong network in Indonesia.
Her experience in market entry for start-ups and M&A deals offers valuable insights. She worked in IT,
retail, property, manufacturing, fintech, construction, and renewables. Her areas of interests encompass
positive leadership, our environment, diversity, women empowerment and sustainable finance.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Worked in various positions in the services units of technology companies (IT, Telecom, Internet/Media), over fifteen years in management positions including country management, addressing the full range of services from sales, including executive key account management, to service design, service delivery and outsourcing; sustainable results in market entry, business development as well as change projects and performance improvement projects leading units to overachieve service level agreements with customers in Austria and Eastern Europe.

From the start of his career at the forefront of transformation. Today, after over a decade of experience as a change management practitioner. He is working with teams to accelerate innovation and operational excellence; with increasing focus on the opportunities and demands made available by climate tech, a circular economy, food tech, carbon neutrality, etc Founding member and executive committee of the forming ACMP Singapore chapter.

 

Originally from Switzerland, he has been working for the better part of his career in the Asian region where he is available on an interim or longer term basis.

He helps to put together infrastructure and tourism related projects by connecting investors from the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, the United States, China, and Taiwan to concrete opportunities in the Philippines. 

His focus is on priority projects supported by the Philippine government in infrastructure, sustainable energy, flood mitigation and digitalization.
